These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.icanter.in (the "Website") and any mentorship, consultancy, training, or related services offered by ICANTER FMCG SOLUTIONS ("ICANTER", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or enrolling in any of our programs, you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. About ICANTER and Our Services

ICANTER provides mentorship and consultancy services for sales professionals in the FMCG industry. Our offerings include one-on-one mentorship and career-development programs such as WIN-R (for Sales Executives aspiring to become Area Sales Managers), ROA-R (for Area Sales Managers pursuing Regional Sales Manager roles), ICSKA, and corporate/B2B training solutions for organisations.

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. They are designed to support your professional development. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including promotion, appointment, salary increase, employment, or business result, as such outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

4. Enquiries, Bookings, and Sessions

You may enquire about or book sessions through the Website's forms or by contacting us directly. When you book a session:

  • you agree to provide accurate scheduling details and to attend at the confirmed date and time;

  • rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 48 hours' advance notice, unless we agree otherwise in writing;

  • sessions missed without adequate notice, or cancellations made with less than the required notice, may be treated as completed or may be subject to a rescheduling or cancellation charge, at our discretion; and

  • we reserve the right to reschedule a session where necessary, in which case we will offer you a reasonable alternative time.

5. Fees and Payments

Where a program or service is paid, the applicable fees, inclusions, and payment terms will be communicated to you before you enrol or make payment. Unless stated otherwise:

  • fees are payable in advance and in the currency specified;

  • all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required;

  • payment confirms your acceptance of the program details and these Terms; and

  • any refund or cancellation terms specific to a program will be shared at the time of enrolment and will apply in addition to these Terms.
