The ICANTER Sales Knight Awards (ICSKA) is a landmark initiative with a bold mission: to celebrate the true foot soldiers of the FMCG industry — the Sales Executives (SEs). Despite playing a critical role in driving business and building brands at the ground level, sales professionals had long delivered results without the visibility or recognition provided by structured industry forums typically extended to functions like marketing, finance, or HR. ICSKA fills this long-standing gap, introducing a high-credibility initiative dedicated to frontline sales excellence.

ICSKA is India’s first-ever award platform exclusively designed for FMCG Sales Executives at a national level. With a touch of romance, ICSKA is envisioned as the "Sales Oscar" - a coveted badge of honour for those who fuel India’s vast consumer goods sector. Conceptualized and brought to life by ICANTER, the breakthrough FMCG mentoring movement led by Gautam Gupta, ICSKA is a celebration of performance, hustle, ambition and leadership potential in the field.

Is there anything for non winners?

Yes. All non-winners will receive a Participation Certificate from ICANTER in recognition of their effort and involvement.

Current designation: SO / SSO / SE / SSE or an equivalent frontline-sales designation

Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales

Current job: Must be in FMCG sales

How to Register?

To register, email your latest CV to icanterfmcg@gmail.com with the subject line “Registration for ICSKA.”

The ICSKA team will review your application and reply within 24 hours.

  • If you qualify, your registration will be confirmed via email.

  • Registration is completely free of cost.

  • You must share your CV as proof of eligibility.

Please note:​

  • Fluency in English is not a decisive factor.

  • Written test results will be reviewed by the panel, and the panel’s decision is final.

  • There is no feedback process after results are declared.

ROUND 1 - WRITTEN TEST. IF CLEARED THEN ROUND 2 - PANEL INTERVIEW.

Note: Registration deadline is 15th November 2025. First 100 valid registrations will be accepted.

Rules and Compliances

Use dummy data only

No real company numbers, prices, targets, or trade secrets. Submissions must be 100 % hypothetical. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification.

Zero plagiarism

All words, charts, and ideas must be your own. Copy-pasting—even “for reference”—results in disqualification.

One entry per person

You can not send more then one entry. Duplicate entries will be rejected and result in disqualification.

Slide limit is absolute

Round 1 answers must fit the template slides provided by the ICSKA team. Extra slides are not accepted.

Panel decision is final

Scores will not be re-evaluated or appealed.
