About
Our mission, “Chase capability to harness your potential,” reflects our commitment to fostering what we call career fitness - a blend of capability-building and personal transformation that supports lasting success.
Our Story
Since our founding in September 2016, ICANTER has been dedicated to empowering sales executives and ASMs with the skills and behavior needed to advance their careers. With a core belief in mentorship over training, we focus on guiding individuals through one-on-one sessions that encourage open inquiry and personalized growth.
ICANTER’s approach is rooted in addressing the common career challenges faced by many: the need for practical awareness around business and leadership transitions. By providing a supportive space for growth, we help sales professionals make meaningful strides toward their goals, ensuring they are prepared not only for immediate roles but for long-term leadership.

GAUTAM GUPTA
FOUNDER
Widely regarded as the “Legend of Cadbury Sales,” GG brings over four decades of transformative sales expertise and leadership to ICANTER. Starting his journey young as an off-role salesman, Gautam went on to refine his skills at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he gained invaluable insights into the world of sales.
But it was at Cadbury India Ltd. (Now Mondelez), where he spent over 30 years, that Gautam's career truly flourished. Rising from a sales executive position, he took on a regional role and handled several important national projects, showcasing his innovative approach and earning multiple accolades along the way.
Gautam was the only salesperson (ASM) at Cadbury India to be awarded an "honor share" under the leadership of then-MD Bharat Puri, a testament to his exceptional contributions and enduring impact on the company’s sales culture. His legacy in sales innovation and strategic vision has solidified his reputation as a leading figure in India’s sales landscape.
A mentor with a unique blend of professional rigour and personal passion, Gautam is a former prolific sportsperson with a keen interest in music and literature. His lifelong commitment to growth and discovery, whether in a sales situation or in his personal pursuits, makes him an inspiring figure for aspiring sales professionals across India.
